Do I have to register my domain with YourSiteOurServer.com?

No.

If you would like the convenience of being able to manage your domain registrations in the same Customer Support Portal as your hosting account details, then of course we would be happy to register or transfer/renew you domain.

But, you are always free to register your domains with any registrar you choose.
